Executive Search

It is our main professional tool - a specialized structured process of identifying, assessing, and recruiting of executives and senior level management positions.

For every individual project we conduct the following steps:

1. Understanding clients' requirements and developing search strategy

The executive search consultant meets with the client to outline the search requirements based on various criteria such as competences, experience, achievements, mission as well as the specifics of the client's business, future strategy and corporate culture.
In cooperation with the client the consultant defines a personalized candidate position profile, the search strategy and appropriate research tools required to complete the process.

2. Industry-wide talent mapping, approach/assessment, shortlist

Based on deep analysis of the market and the competitive environment we target relevant companies and professionals using our extensive network of contacts. Our competent researchers identify precisely and approach directly all appropriate candidates, presenting them the job offer and establishing their interest, availability and qualifications. The interested candidates will be invited for a structured interviews with a consultant from Alpha Select in order to create a complete and realistic image of their background, professional skills, career achievements and future potential. In addition we evaluate their personal characteristics and capabilities, their motivation and expectations.
As a result of the above process, a short list of most suitable candidates (usually 3 to 5) will be presented to the client.

3. Finalizing the selection and follow up

The consultant arranges the interviews between the client and the candidates and provides detailed confidential reports of the selected individuals. The presence of the consultant at these meetings is recommended. We also assist our clients during the negotiations and the placement process by providing market specific information and advice.
References about the final candidates could be provided upon client's request. After the placement we would be happy to receive information on the onboarding process and will do periodic follow-ups with both client and candidate.


Management Recruitment Solutions

It is a flexible and cost-efficient search and selection method designed for assignments of non-executive key management positions. Typically these are the ones that can`t be accomplished through classic recruitment process.
For every individual project we use a tailor-made mixture of direct search, database of existing contacts and appropriate communication channels (professional associations, online platforms, others) according to the specific requirements.
